My long-term commitment to healthcare has allowed me to support and develop excellence in the field. I can work with teams to add value to health and social care by offering in-depth support and consultation in business management, organisational development and training, involvement and engagement, equality, diversity and inclusion governance, transformation, change, innovation, and improvement science. I am passionate about creating equitable and inclusive services for our growing, diverse populations. Over the years, I have developed a unique combination of experience and expertise that enables me to work collaboratively across health and social care to drive impactful strategies to foster purpose in individuals and teams, helping them to create positive, resilient workplaces.

I have dedicated my career to empowering healthcare colleagues to navigate challenges, embrace change, and create inclusive environments that prioritise excellence. Providing exceptional, bespoke consultation and coaching services, I am committed to driving positive transformations. Partnering with other industry leads, with a particular interest in those specialising in embedding digital solutions, I focus on developing you and your people to optimise a sense of purpose that is built around shared values to embed continuous improvement.
